Sethu Farm began in 1965 with a single well, a pair of bullocks, and a small stretch of land beside the Maranthai canal. Our founder planted his first coconut saplings the same year his first child was born — a coincidence the family still speaks of as the farm's true birth certificate.
1965ஆம் ஆண்டு, ஒரு கிணறு, ஒரு ஜோடி எருதுகள் மற்றும் மாறாந்தை கால்வாய் அருகே சிறிய நிலப்பரப்புடன் சேது பண்ணை தொடங்கியது. நிறுவனர் தனது முதல் மகன் பிறந்த அதே ஆண்டில் முதல் தேங்காய் நாற்றுகளை நட்டார்.
Decades later, the well still runs, the bullock path has become a shaded walking trail, and the same family that dug the first furrow now decides when the paddy is ready and which mango tree needs another season to ripen its promise.
